Refund policy

At Loved By God, each piece is handled with care and intention.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Item must not be damaged or altered
• Proof of purchase is required

We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing selection (please review the size guide carefully before ordering)

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at: loveofhisheart@gmail.com

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
